  Pick-up truck was perfect for towing my boat!! The gentleman I dealt with, and I'm sorry I forget his name was great. Truck had a class 5 hitch, I needed a class 4, so they provided the insert, no charge. Great overall experience!!

  I have used Enterprise for years and my recent rental encounter issue with the website, saying one thing and available vehicle being different. It was very important to me to have the right vehicle. The associate at the truck rental in East Hartford, Slater, addressed my issue head on. He cared! Went out of his way, was empathetic and professional and truly cared. Very impressed. I will be back and recommend others. Well done.
