  Great customer service especially Josh who helped set up my car rental. The crew were all very courteous and professional. Highly recommend if you need a rental. They even give you a ride to and from the auto body shop when you need to get your rental and pick up your car when it’s done.

  Their vehicle was really clean, new and low on fuel consumption. The services at the office were also simple, quick and easy, with warm reception, smile and friendliness. It's recommendable.

  I booked a 12‑seat passenger van well in advance for a June 18 pickup. I visited the branch on June 15 to verify the reservation, and they instructed me to call again. On June 17, they confirmed the van would be ready at 12 PM the next day. But when I arrived on June 18 at the scheduled time, they informed me the vehicle was not available. This is unacceptable. How can anyone manage their travel plans when the company fails to honor confirmed reservations at the last minute?

  Very disappointed with my experience. I went to this branch due to insurance booking appointment due to proximity to where car was being repaired. I was informed by the representative that should the repairs taking longer than 4 days I would be contacted to extend and I would need to come in to do so. My vehicle repairs took longer than expected, which was completely outside of my control. I was never notified that insurance coverage would automatically resume beyond the days I paid for not was there any new charges so I assumed it was terminated. Had I been informed, I would have taken the necessary steps to remove the coverage. Instead, I was charged for the extra days and my $100 deposit was not refunded. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear notice before unexpected charges are applied. This is not the end of my dispute but rather the beginning should I not receive my deposit.
