- GVGabriella Venditti5 days ago1.0DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH AN OIL CHANGE. Employees opened late, it took 2.5 hours for my oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT, and the manager tried to get me to pay $110 for a synthetic blend oil change when I had a coupon from their website for $60. He didn’t let up on the price at all until my brother (who was 1 hour into his appointment and his car was still in the parking lot) got involved and told him it was illegal not to honor a coupon from his own company. The manager told us he doesn’t represent the company, only himself, and he didn’t care that I had a coupon. I walked out paying $13 over the coupon, which is still better than $110, but it was a 20 minute, arduous fight to get to that price. During the argument, a man came in and told the manager that they had his car for 6 days over the time they said it would take them to fix what he needed. Do not give these people your business - they are unprofessional, the service is slow, and they charge you whatever they want, despite what their website says. The manager is DEFINITELY not fit for a job with the public.
