  I had a great experience at Monro motors! Ameir was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. The waiting area was clean, and the service was affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service

  Front end Manager here at Monroe Muffler in Ansonia, CT gave me his personal Card yesterday at 2:00pm, and asked me to come back today to get a inspection done specifically by him with a 20 or 15 point full body and parts inspection with pictures and documentation on all of it! Now I am here for my appointment for the second time and ameir is sitting at the front desk now telling me the young manager from yesterday in is the hospital with a kidney infection, but if this was accurate he wouldn't be so nice to me yesterday or or set me up with a appointment with him as the direct manager for 2:30pm today! There just being rude and negligent to customers here and wasting my time and gas, coming down here! It always smells like weed in waiting area as well! And Amir front end guy here at desk as I'm standing he is being rude to a old man who got tires put on before, and they are giving him a very hard time for service and probly giving false information to poor older gentleman. I feel so bad for him!

  Avoid this place at all costs. Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers completely butchered my rim installation and put an absurd amount of wheel weights on my tires like they had no idea how to balance them properly. The balancing job was so bad that weights were literally flying off while I was driving on the highway. That’s not just sloppy — it’s dangerous. On top of that, one of my lug nuts mysteriously disappeared after they worked on the car, and they left a brake caliper bolt missing. A missing caliper bolt is a massive safety issue that could have caused a serious accident. I trusted these people with my vehicle and got it back in an unsafe condition. This shop showed complete negligence, terrible workmanship, and zero attention to safety. I wouldn’t trust them to put air in a tire. If you care about your car or your safety, take your business somewhere else.

  Visited the location on 3/11 for an oil change and tire rotation. Gentleman there also told me I should do a wheel alignment given the 44k mileage on the car. Paid $160 for the service and waited 2+ hours. Now I’m getting an alert from my car that my oil life is at 6%. Oil change was never performed. Won’t be coming back at all.
