  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received this time around. I brought my BMW in for a routine oil change, and the two individuals working on my vehicle appeared unsure of what they were doing, which immediately made me uncomfortable. What is even more concerning is that when I got back into my vehicle after the oil change, my engine warning light came on. I immediately went back inside to address the issue. They connected the vehicle to a diagnostic machine and told me that the oil levels needed to be adjusted. They stated that they made the necessary adjustment, and the warning light went off. I then drove from Derby to Trumbull. After finishing my errand and getting back into my car, the engine warning light came on AGAIN. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and did not have this issue beforehand. I will now be having my BMW professionally inspected. If it is determined that any damage or mechanical issue was caused by the service performed here, I will expect to be fully reimbursed for any diagnostic and repair costs associated with it. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this location. After this, I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to others.

  When I called to make my appointment, I was told the oil change would be $60. After my oil change was done they charged $119.It was a ridiculous amount of money. I get in my car and the same washer fluid light that was on when I took it in was still on. I go back in and the guy tells me they ran out of washer fluid. Isn’t washer fluid part of the oil change? Don’t you check all the fluids??? Makes me wonder if they even checked the other fluids. The place is run by the Mickey Mouse Club. Just ridiculous.

  Monroe muffler shop and their staff were so exceptional and friendly and had all services done and completed very neatly and carefully!!! Great 😃👍 Job guys 💪
