  I had a great experience at the Valvoline location on White Street in Danbury. Julian and Bryan were both friendly, professional, and very helpful. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to customer service. They made what could have been a routine visit a pleasant experience. Great job, Julian and Bryan.

  What a lack of respect, I have been waiting for more than half an hour in line because the were unloading something on the other line so it was close; when the line that was closed finally opened up the guy (Angel the manager) just let the cars that arrived last skip the line and be served first. I couldn't believe my eyes what a complete discrimination. Honestly I wanted to drive away but I already had spent so much time waiting that it wasn't worth it. You only need a little bit of common sense to realize things like this are not right and should not happen in a business like this. To be perfectly clear I'm not complaining about the actual service provided but the way this person(Angel the manager) handled this situation.

  5 starts for this location! These men helped me out big time. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive. HUGE thank you to Luis, Angel, and especially Mason who was able to fix my issue.
