  I don’t remember the manager’s name, but he was super all the guys were great. I got right in and out and they didn’t try to oversell me on other things & And helped me understand an And helped me understand an oil leak issue that I have to have fixed definitely will be back!

  I drove in to the Valvoline express oil change on White Street in Danbury-CT to do my usual oil change, instantly I noticed a very pleasant change. The professionalism, the knowledgeable approach, the teamwork, the rhythm between workers, everything was perfect. So I told the manager how satisfied I was, then I found out that they have had replaced the entire team. That was the most professional experience that I have had in that place after being a client for over a decade. Thank you very much, Valvoline Oil change, White Street, Danbury-CT.

  I've been noticing some discrepancies in the service for a while now. They're not even replacing the oil pump, just cleaning it and adding other information. I took a mechanic to check this out.
