  Today I visited the Valvoline location at 225 White Street in Danbury, CT, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Julian and Bryan. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive. After a long and exhausting day at work, their kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference. Julian took care of the first part of my service, and Bryan completed the second, and both were efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer. I haven't always had such positive experiences at this location or at other Valvoline locations, which made today's visit especially memorable. To the manager and leadership team: if every customer received the same level of care, professionalism, and respect that Julian and Bryan consistently demonstrated today, this location would easily deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you, Julian and Bryan, for turning a routine oil change into such a pleasant experience. Your hard work, professionalism, and genuine customer service are truly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work!

  The services was terrible after the oil change ,they tried tho close the hood and caused damage,and they claimed they wouldn’t take responsibility for any damage to the car after they braked.so I have to call the police
