  Beyond grateful to find the Monro‘s team when we had an unexpected brake issue on a Sunday 250 miles from home. They professionally and efficiently diagnosed the problem in addition to being kind during a stressful situation. Thankful for their service and getting me and my family back on the road safely and with peace of mind.

  I cannot say enough about this shop. Ron TOTALLY took care of me. I had a flat tire and needed to get back to Boston. He had the tire I needed, and then when I needed him to stay a little past closing to install it, he did! All the staff were professional and friendly. Feel confident your car will be taken care of. Can't thank you enough, Monro Auto Service! I got back to Boston safe and sound.

  The service was great. Personnel was very knowledgeable and considerate. My complaint is the price. I bought windshield wipers and my bill came to $72.50. I thought that was insane.

  I am so grateful for Ron and his team. Unfortunately for them, the shop was open on the 4th of July, and they were very supportive in a critical and unplanned brake repair involving full replacement of my rotors and pads. They were very thorough, communicative, transparent, and pragmatic. Additionally, Ron was quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop, and they would be my permanent service shop if I lived in the area.
