  I am so grateful for Ron and his team. Unfortunately for them, the shop was open on the 4th of July, and they were very supportive in a critical and unplanned brake repair involving full replacement of my rotors and pads. They were very thorough, communicative, transparent, and pragmatic. Additionally, Ron was quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop, and they would be my permanent service shop if I lived in the area.

  They guys at my location are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I don’t feel like I’m being hustled with unnecessary work and labor. I would recommend this place any day of the week.

  Went to my car on Memorial Day & realized that a tire was flat. Called a local Monro dealer & was happy to learn they were open for business. Turned out the puncture was too close to an existing plug so I bought a tire. Manager was very able and friendly. The only issue was that upon monitoring the tire pressure I realized that a technician had over-inflated the new tire by 10 lbs. Called and asked if that had been by design or accident. Manager apologized and said it was a mistake. No harm, no foul. I dropped it down to 37 myself. A more than acceptable buying experience.

  I’m grateful that this shop was willing to help me in an emergency, but unfortunately I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was in a difficult situation and required rear brakes immediately. I was charged $185 per rotor, even though multiple other mechanics later told me rotors for my car are typically under $50 each. I ended up paying a total of $895 for rear brake work, only to have ongoing squeaking afterward. I eventually had to bring my car to my regular mechanic, who informed me that the brake pads had been measured incorrectly and needed to be fixed. The brake pads that I initially paid for (including labor) came to $250. And they still had to be fixed. After spending nearly $900, I should not have needed additional repairs immediately afterward. Overall, I left feeling overcharged, misled, and taken advantage of during an emergency situation.
