  Awful experience. They were very shady and tried to deceive us. Manager John is very rude to customers. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We had an appointment to buy a truck, but they kept us waiting for 3 hours (without a reason why) before trying to sell us a car without the proper paperwork. We walked away. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible dealership. My reply to the “owner’s” response……absolutely not

  So when I bought my car I thought I got a great deal. The salesman did tell me the car I was buying was hybrid but I knew better so whatever, honest mistake. Then we went into the finance department. They offered us an extended 8 year 125,000 mile service plan through Toyota and told us it covered service and maintenance. I have the service contract with the toyotacare printout attached right behind it. Today I go in for my 30,000 mile service at a different location and they tell me my toyotacare has expired. After multiple calls the lady who sold me the warranty says we didn’t buy Toyotacare plus, when she specifically told me it was included, which is why I agreed to the high price of their service plan. Between the salesman and the finance person can you believe anything these guys tell you? They are either straight up liars or they have no idea what it is they are selling you! So disappointed right now.

  Rick Reid was excellent. Walked us around the lot and showed us several cars. Explained all their features and even showed us used cars. Very detailed and professional. A person that I trust with the information he is providing. We really enjoyed meeting Rick.

  I had a great experience at this Toyota dealership. Omar and Jose were both super friendly, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt well taken care of. The customer service overall at this dealership is always great, and I would definitely recommend them!
