  Worked with Al and got a Sienna. Overall a really solid experience. Al was very knowledgeable and professional — you can tell he actually knows what he’s talking about and isn’t just trying to sell you something. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. He walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and stayed on top of things the entire time. What stood out most was how he followed up from the build stage all the way to delivery and kept me updated at every step — I never had to chase for info. Made everything easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend asking for Al.

  Tried to order some parts. Waited on phone for 5 minutes, TWICE, with only contact being awful music. No one answered the call. The receptionist who switched me to service was polite and efficient. Trying to reach a person was dreadful, You are as bad as trying to communicate with Optimum, which has historically held my lowest assessment. Congratulations, you have matched the nadir of customer service. I clicked 1 star because the message would not transmit without clicking at least one. Point is ... my assessment is ZERO.
