  Owner gave me a price to change one axle, then mechanic said he had a problem so they charge me extra $50, my car was up in their machine so I had no choice. They finished my car and I drove away, but I had to return right away as my car was not braking properly and there was a loud noise, so they put my car up again, removed the axle and then told me that it was the wrong part, so I left the car there and called my wife to come and get me, when to an Autoparts to get the right part and then came back, then the owner tells me that is $50 for installing the new part. I told him that the mechanic should have check that it was the right part before installing it the first time, to what the owner told me that his mecánica don’t care because they get pay a salary and the don’t like to make sure is the right part before installing new parts, mind you my car is still up, nothing else is said from him so I’m left with no choice but to pay. I will not argue because I’m at lost since they don’t bring my car down until I pay, but they loose a customer like that. I lost some money but they lost my business. I took 3 cars that day, 2 to fix molders, one of them when my daughter left there was a noise right as we were leaving, so we tell them, they had to put the car again, another 15 minutes for them to fix what the mechanic have broken while fixing the mofler, definitely save yourself a some money, time and peace by going somewhere else where they will not trick you.

  Terrible experience GLP. Completely disappointing and unprofessional service. The employees get inside your car with dirty hands and clothes, showing absolutely no care or respect for the customer’s vehicle, and they still fail to do the job properly. On top of that, they gave me an absurdly overpriced estimate for my vehicle maintenance. When I said I didn’t want the service because the price was way too high, they charged me $50 just to lift the car on the rack and “inspect” it. That’s ridiculous and pure opportunism. This company is disorganized, disrespectful to customers, and clearly trying to take money from people any way they can. I do not recommend them to anyone.
