  Young woman that works there had a poor attitude. No after hours drop off. Car had a nasty funk/smell.

  Very easy to set up a reservation, rates are always comparable to other area Rental businesses, and customer service reps are always upbeat and friendly.

  Shout out to Walter and the Enterprise team. Our flight to Florida was cancelled. We went there last minute to grab a car for an unexpected long drive. Walter spent time going through options, explained everything, and showed us how to use the car. Thanks Walter…we are almost there!!

  Hannah, the “manager” was rude and disrespectful. Hannah, She Did not tell me I needed deposit when I called over phone. Hannah She Did not have regular size car available when I got there like she said she would over phone. So Hannah checked and told me she’s getting a Mitsubishi outlander from road side pick up and I can rent that instead since I can’t use debit card to pay for rent of luxury like I reserved through Priceline. She didn’t tell Me on the phone that I have to add $300 deposit to bill at checkout. And She doesn’t accept cash so so Then I tell them I’m going to and i go to Chase to deposit the rest. Get pulled over on the way for driving too fast so I can make it back before close at 6. I Made it back at 6 and she tells me she rented the suv to someone else who came in because she thought I wasn’t coming back, after I told her I’m going straight to Chase to make deposit and come back for the suv. And I only took 10 minutes. So She was getting a Elantra that was just returned ready for me to rent. While they were washing it I was inquiring pricing and options for insurance from her. Then She said she can’t see if I got insurance with Priceline in the system ., and that if I had car damage then I would have to make claim with Priceline to pay enterprise or else enterprise will charge my insurance. I was just trying to understand why they can contact progressive insurance but won’t contact Priceline which enterprise is working with on marketing..? Her attitude changed because she was assuming I didn’t understand her. I understood what she said and I explained I did and asked how that works. She told me to hurry up and decide to rent or get out. So I asked her name, expressed concern with her work ethics and told her I will not be renting from enterprise today because of her bad attitude and that I will be addressing this issue with the manager. She then said , “I am the manager so good luck hahaha “. I told her you have a supervisor too so I will figure out how to proceed with this. Enterprise Lost the rental sale because of her bad attitude and failure to be able to explain properly why she can’t see if I have insurance coverage for the vehicle with Priceline.

  Excellent customer service! I had a minor issue with my rental, and they took care of it with full satisfaction! It’s a 10/10 experience!
