  Top notch service team, I dealt with Jeremy, this is my second time dealing with him and the level of service he provides can’t be beat. A great personality and a pleasure to deal with. This is what all service departments should strive to be like.They are lucky to have to have him at this dealership. His team of mechanics are top notch. You will be happy actually servicing your vehicle here. Brette my salesgirl was very easy to deal with. A no pressure sale. The sales team was also easy to deal with which made for a simple buying experience. You won’t regret checking them out for a preowned or new vehicle.

  Andy and Deanna were extremely professional, and the entire process of bringing my car in for service was absolutely flawless. While I live closer to other Mazda dealerships, I will gladly drive 45 minutes to Colonial Mazda because I trust their mechanics to provide top-tier maintenance, and their customer service is truly second to none. I highly recommend Colonial Mazda and will continue to bring my car there for all of its service needs!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Darren at Colonial Mazda. He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a positive experience. Although the wrong part was initially ordered for my car, Darren acted quickly to resolve the issue and worked hard to ensure there was little to no inconvenience on my end. He truly went out of his way to accommodate me and make things right. Customer service like this makes such a difference. I really appreciate Darren’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Darren, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so easy!

  I coordinated an exact arrival time with a sales agent to test drive a specific used vehicle. After driving an hour to the dealership, I was handed the keys and sat in the car. At that exact moment, another agent called to announce the vehicle had just been sold over the phone. The car had been sitting in their inventory for months, yet it conveniently sold in the exact moment I was sitting in the driver seat. Predictably, the sales team immediately pivoted to offering me a more expensive vehicle with a marginal discount to compensate for my wasted time. This operates as a textbook bait and switch sales tactic. Buyers expecting straightforward communication and transparent inventory management should take their business elsewhere.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Colonial Mazda! We recently purchased a Mazda CX-50 Hybrid, and the entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. A huge thanks to Edy, our sales representative, who went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered. We never felt pressured and truly appreciated his outstanding customer service. A big thank you as well to Nelson and Rich. They were both welcoming, professional, and quick to help whenever needed.
