  If I could leave 10 stars I would. Whether it be Dave, Adam in sales, or Jeremy and Anthony in service, these guys have gone above and beyond to help us out from the. moment we started going to Colonial Mazda. From buying our car, to having an emergency issue, they got us in and gave us the utmost attention, and were beyond friendly while doing so! I'm a customer for life, and I feel so lucky to have found these folks! Thank you so much for everything, and I hope anyone who comes here knows how great of service they are in for!

  Thirteen years ago, I bought my beautiful Mazda CX-5 from Colonial Mazda. Fast forward to 2026, and I just drove off the lot in a stunning new Mazda CX-90! Our Mazda collection is growing—that 2014 CX-5 now has over 240k miles and is still going strong, keeping our 2017 Mazda 6 (with 160k miles!) company. I have relied on the Colonial Mazda team for everything from new purchases to servicing all of our vehicles, and I wouldn't trust any other dealership to keep them running so beautifully. A special shoutout to Jason White—thank you for being so patient and helpful while I took my time reviewing every color, trim, and option. If you want a dealership you can build a long-term relationship with, this is the place.

  I now understand why it’s the best Mazda dealer in all of Connecticut, with the best ratings. I loved the service, the customer care was really good; I can’t complain. My salesperson, Edy Jourdain was amazing. I arrived with a problem because I had gone to a previous dealer here in Connecticut, and it was a completely different experience. At the first dealer, they tried to scam me, and then I decided to keep looking so I wouldn’t buy the car from the first dealer I went to. And thank God, I decided to go to Danbury, to the Mazda dealer in Danbury. It was truly the best decision in the entire world; I don’t regret it at all. This is my first car that I’ve bought like this, you know, financed, and it really has been the best. The best decision I’ve made, because honestly, Edy Jourdain took great care of me, always giving me the best solution to my problem. I’m really grateful, and I truly hope that all the staff at the Mazda dealer in Danbury keep doing a great job. They’re really excellent.

  I wanted to leave a review for Dylan because he was great to work with throughout my search. I was debating between the new CX-5 and the CX-70. We test drove both cars in one day which was awesome!! At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and he was always willing to take the time to explain features, pricing, and available options. He went out of his way to find answers to the questions I had and promptly responded. Unfortunately, Danbury did not have the specific CX-70 trim/color I was looking for and I’m +2hrs away (from RI, grew up in Brookfield). With that said, I truly appreciated Dylan’s help and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone shopping for a Mazda.

  In recent years it seems the process of buying a new car has gotten much simpler, much less antagonistic, and just a pleasurable experience. Colonial Mazda made our recent purchase very easy and very smooth. Our sales guy Dylan was terrific, accommodated our schedule as needed, and help things move smoothly., whose name escapes me, was great to work with as well and very easy to talk to. Completely recommend Colonial Mazda. And I love our new Mazda 3! One of the few cars left but the option of a manual transmission.
