  The staff were helpful however when I arrived for my appointment, I learned no technicians were assigned to the shop for that time so the work could not be started as scheduled. I returned to the shop 2 days later when the needed work was performed.

  Terrible. Had a 7:30 am appointment. Shop owner did not show up until 8:15. At that point noted no Techs until at least 9:00. Two other customers showed up, with presumably early appointments. I left, and how no one coordinates with the shop when you book an on line appointment.

  Monroe Auto Service in Cheshire was horrible. I am very disappointed in their lack of service. I brought my tire in for a repair and they told me that it could not be repaired and I needed to not only buy one tire, but I needed to buy two. I declined and brought my tire to town fair tire where they promptly repaired it and for only $16 Monroe is a big scam and I am highly highly disappointed in their service. Thank you Town Fair

  Made an appointment weeks prior for an oil change and emissions test. Day of the appointment they call at 7am and dont leave a voicemail. I call back at 8:30 when i wake up and get directed to their call center. I tell them i have an appointment later and got a missed call and i wanted to see what they wanted. Was told that they 'didnt call anyone'. I get to the appointment at 11am and they tell me they no longer do emissions testing and they tried calling but got no answer. A two sentence voicemail, or another call an hour or two later would have saved me a lot of frustration and time. They also said an oil change would be $130 so i told them id look somewhere else.
