  Dear Enterprise Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the pricing of my recent rental. The final cost was significantly higher than the initial quote, and I found the daily rates to be unaffordable for a long-term customer. I needed a long-term solution at a more sustainable rate. Because I was using the vehicle for work, I found myself working seven days a week just to cover the rental costs, leaving me with no actual income. Had I known the total would be this high, I would have considered purchasing a vehicle instead. I believe long-term rentals should be priced more competitively. Due to this experience, I am unlikely to use Enterprise again unless this issue is addressed.
