  The woman was very nice and easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly. I needed to extend my rental. I did it online. It was so easy!

  I have rented from this enterprise 4 times. They never have the vehicle you reserve but usually get you in something. This time day before vacation I get told not only do they not have my rental but nothing to give to me...They said they would look around but here it is last minute end of day and still nothing. It is not the employee fault nor do I blame them. I blame enterprise and there incredibly outdated system they use that can not track current inventory. This is there own app/website and it's less accurate than a third party 😒. Anyways needless to say I will no longer rely on them(enterprise). Again this is at the company not the poor workers who just get stuck with the issue of poor ownership

  This Brooklyn branch is awful! Twice now I have scheduled to rent a vehicle with this location, and both times I have received a phone call the day before telling me they don't have what I reserved. So I will not use this location for my rental needs anymore.

  EDIT: Kim, did exactly what you asked, submitted yet another formal complaint/form and still have not heard from anyone to rectify the situation. Does enterprise have so many complaints coming in that it takes weeks to reply to a customer? Or, since they've already paid, they are ignored altogether? They do not care about your concerns/complaints. The 800# is great, however they refer you back to the manager at the Brooklyn office who does absolutely nothing...does not reply to emails, does not return telephone calls. While waiting for a rental, you can hear him complaining to other staff about a previous renter who was trying to reach him regarding her experience, but he refused to contact her to discuss. They are useless. The 800# agrees to submit a refund due to poor treatment and not being provided with vehicle reserved, however that has to be approved/processed through the rental office utilized which again is useless, it's been 4 weeks and still nothing. Enterprise itself may be okay, just avoid the Brooklyn, CT branch.
