  Made an appointment for a regular oil change, went in and the guy told me it would be $120. I asked why it was so much and he set it up for full synthetic. Told me my car doesnt take regular oil. So i went outside and another tech asked me what was wrong and i explained it to him for him to give me an attitude like I'm a idiot saying legally my car needs full synthetic, everywhere i go it spend $40 or less and get a regular oil change. Then he proceeded to tell me he noticed when my kid got in the car that i need new shocks. My fiance is a tech. Im not stupid. Don't try and lie and say legally i need the expensive oil when for 9 years I've been getting the regular one.

  I had sidewall damage and needed to get back on the road to Minnesota and these guys got me in right before closing and stayed late to make sure I was good to go. Truly went above and beyond! These guys will take care of you.

  TJ at Monroe Muffler in Bristol was amazing stayed a extra hour to finish my car did not have to but he did service was excellent Five Star All The Way I really appreciate it I don't do reviews but I had to do it for TJ and his crew thanks again

  Worst place you can get tires from. I made an appointment for tires and it was confirmed three days prior and when I came to the store after driving for a hour they didn’t have any tires of my size

  had a great experience at the Monroe shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. TJ helped me find the right tires for my vehicle and completed the work quickly.
