  TJ was great. He walked me through the process, even let me inspect what was wrong without even having to ask. You can tell he cares about his customers, worked with me to find a good price too. Definitely coming back.

  Very accommodating and willing to work with the customer was fast service for an emergency I had with my tire getting a nail in it and I was from out of town

  Good experience would recommend management is great very helpful and very friendly I went in there for a few repairs on my car and I left extremely satisfied and they went above and beyond with service

  I really appreciated the service at Monro. My car wouldn't start, and even though they were busy, they squeezed me in and worked overtime to get the issue resolved that same day. They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process, providing regular updates so I knew exactly what to expect. It is rare to find a team that goes to those lengths to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them for their reliability and great communication.
