  Never come here serveces bad terrible I had been waiting since my 9 a.m. appointment; by 3 p.m., they still hadn't even looked at my car. The service is terrible in every department.

  These people were life savers for me. Ended up getting a flat at my job and my spare tire ended up breaking down the road from them. Showed up expecting to have to do a drop off and come back the next day but these people were kind enough to work on my car that night. Saved me a boat load of hassle. They went above and beyond for me

  The oil change itself was fine, but I was very disappointed with the communication. They kept my car overnight without letting me know ahead of time, which completely disrupted my plans and prevented me from taking care of important things in my life. I would have appreciated a simple heads-up so I could plan accordingly.

  After a while, you would be able to tell someone who just doesn’t want to do the work. I went on a Wednesday at 2pm that Amazon schedule me for tire install. After arriving and 40 mins of check in questions, I was told me I would have to wait three hours after making an appointment. That was pointless so I left and rescheduled as the first appointment on Saturday. I showed up at 8 AM as soon as they opened, my car didn’t get on the lift until 9 AM because one staff member had to go to Dunkin for breakfast and the other staff member was sitting in the lobby watching anime on his phone. Finally Tom came out and told me that if he changed my tires, my hubcap would break because whoever put on the last TIRES did it incorrectly. That was a bold LIE! I don’t even have hubcaps on my car. I’m a girl and I really didn’t know what he was talking about but my car doesn’t have hubcaps after I explained the story to my dad. Gle350s don’t have hubcaps, google it! So that’s why he couldn’t do my tires. I told him to pack up my TIRES put them in my trunk and let me leave since you clearly don’t want to do the service. He took two hours to call Amazon to “verify” if I paid for the tires that I clearly have a receipt from Amazon for I had to call the police to get my tires because that was my property that I paid for. 3 hours and no service. Just attitude.

  Got new brakes, tires, and my emissions done here. Got two letters in the mail for late emissions from the DMV when we thought we had gotten it done already at this location. Went in to ask if they can check emissions were sent in. Got told there's no way they can check. Got told I couldn't get my $20 back for not doing my emissions. The gentleman working there couldn't have cared less about helping me out or even pretending to care. Trash customer service and they either have a garbage filing system or they lied to me about being able to look it up. Update: if you're "sincerely" sorry refund me my $20 for my emissions you never sent in.
