  First off let me say this Dave's professionalism, honesty and expertise by far the best I've encountered when it comes to Auto Body work I greatly appreciate everything he did for my car. He gave me all the options to fix my decade plus Santa Fe and gave me an affordable price to get my car looking like it first did. Dave and his team delivered service on time and made my car looked completely brand new it bought some tears to my eyes. You won't be disappointed hiring his company.

  had a very disappointing experience with Brookfield Auto Body. When I dropped off my car, I was told the repairs would take about a week to a week and a half. Instead, it took a full month to get my vehicle back. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. Every time I called to ask about the status of my car, the manager, Yannic, told me they were “putting it back together” and that it would be ready in “two days.” Those two days repeatedly turned into weeks. I rarely received callbacks and often had to stop by the shop in person just to get an update. Delays can happen, but customers deserve honest and accurate communication. If the repair was going to take a month, I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning instead of being given repeated promises that were never met. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop due to the poor communication and misleading timelines.
