  I've only ever had great experiences working with Brookfield Auto Body of Bristol, everyone there is very nice and easy to get along with, their painting services are fantastic, and their turn around times never fail to shock me. Thank you so much for all of the help!

  I was in a car accident recently with structural damage. Brookfield took care of my car, answered all of my questions, and ensured my car was repaired back to pre accident condition! Very honest, I thought I needed my brakes done and asked if they could do them while they had my car. They told me they had a lot of life left in them! I highly recommend them!

  I was sent by my warranty company to have my sunroof inspected for a piece that had broken and was banging against the roof of my SUV. They were steadfast in trying to see if there was a way to fix the item without having to incur some of the cost of my deductible. Spending time to see what they could do allowed them to find the broken piece in the track of the sun roof and they reinserted the pins right then and there at no cost. There are not many mechanics these days that are empathetic to the customer and aim to be a trusted source for honest vehicle repairs. I could NEVER thank them enough for the care I received that day and would send everybody and anybody I know their way for service ☺️
