- CXc xAug 28, 20262.0They dont pay attention to detail, one of my clips for the cowl isnt going in because they put the whole passenger side in wrong. Top right corner is loose, clip for the cowl on passenger side isnt in correctly. Pay attention you work on our cars for a living treat them with care. Passenger side was also dirty, driver's side was perfectly fine, passenger side poorly done.

Worst customer service system ever! Impossible to get a hold of anybody at the actual location that is servicing you.
- FTFrances TripAug 1, 20261.0I only went with safelite due to my insurance coverage. Much like other reviews, my car was filthy when I received it back. My liner was dirty, dried up sealant and other debris were all over my interior. The exterior was covered in dirt and chunks of debris. Tools were left under my seat that slid under my foot while driving , real safe if I didn’t stop it before it went under my brake. The windshield was dirty as well. Wiping down the windshield isn’t even included in a windshield replacement??? The worst part is the application of the sealant. Sloppy and horrible. I have to now wait two days to get a car wash and find a way to clean up the sealant on my white paint so it doesn’t look as horrible. We will see if the windshield is even properly sealed after the wash as the road noise is noticeably louder and the rubber lining of the windshield doesn’t even look even. I will never return to any safelite location. I’d rather pay out of pocket to have work properly done on my vehicle.
