  Mid-Town was dispatched to us for a short tow via GEICO roadside assistance when we had a blowout flat. David, our driver, arrived quickly and got us going in no time. He was friendly and helpful. We'd use them again.

  Well no wonder it’s 3.3 stars , as you have greedy lying incompetent tow truck service drivers / maybe owner who get nasty . You want too refuse service till later on so when the miles aren’t free you can rack up that money per mile because of traffic going down 95 . See some people aren’t dumb and if I could rate you a 0 it would be that with your incompetent overnight service driver who clearly doesn’t speak or communicate with dispatch at all . Next time try someone else for $$. Canceled ALL services and has since been reported to never be used again

  Eddie was awesome. Geico assigned this company to me. They are very professional. Driver Eddie arrived on time to pick up me and my car, they did the full wheel tow so it’s less damage for the car. Charged by miles, no hidden fees.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This isn't a professional towing service; it’s a legal highway robbery operation. My car was towed here, and the entire recovery process was a nightmare. Not only were their rates completely over the top and borderline extortionate, but they also demand cash only. Forcing stressed, stranded people to scramble to an ATM just to get their vehicle back is a classic predatory tactic designed to make things as difficult and untraceable as possible. To make matters worse, the guy running the desk was aggressively rude and combative. When I tried to ask why the fees were so high and requested an itemized breakdown, he completely blew up. No customer service, no explanation of the charges, just pure hostility and greed. They know they have you cornered, and they exploit that vulnerability to the absolute maximum. Avoid this place at all costs. If your insurance, roadside assistance, or local police try to dispatch this company, demand a different tower. Pros: None. Cons: Extortionate pricing, shady "cash-only" policy, hostile and abusive staff.

  I was towed by the company from Geico for roadside service. The tow company told the dispatch that it would be $8.00 a mile over the 15 that geico covers, which Geico conveyed to me. My tow was 19 miles. So I was on the hook for 4 miles at 8.00 a mile, should have been $24 dollars. I mentioned this to the tow driver when I got in the truck, he said he would call the owner when we got to the shop and have him on speaker phone to tell me the price. ?? Lol ok. The call was made and someone on the other line said " $50" so the tow driver charged me $50. I just had the exact tow done again and i was charged $20 for the overage. I blessed this last driver with a great tip bc of his honesty. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this company as they robbed me. 💯 I'll be reporting it to Geico as well.
