- KPKellie PerkinsJun 25, 20261.0I was towed by the company from Geico for roadside service. The tow company told the dispatch that it would be $8.00 a mile over the 15 that geico covers, which Geico conveyed to me. My tow was 19 miles. So I was on the hook for 4 miles at 8.00 a mile, should have been $24 dollars. I mentioned this to the tow driver when I got in the truck, he said he would call the owner when we got to the shop and have him on speaker phone to tell me the price. ?? Lol ok. The call was made and someone on the other line said " $50" so the tow driver charged me $50. I just had the exact tow done again and i was charged $20 for the overage. I blessed this last driver with a great tip bc of his honesty. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this company as they robbed me. 💯 I'll be reporting it to Geico as well.

Apparently the city of Bridgeport dates got switched around for street sweeping, and this company took my car. The whole situation was alarming, and the guy was rude when I got there, but not everyone is the same and honestly he seemed like he was having a bad morning too. Thank God for integrity and staying calm though, because I handled it peacefully and was able to get my car back with no issues.
