  So I'm sitting at this location right now waiting on a vehicle. And I wanted a pick up at 5:10 because I'm coming from work. They are literally 7 mins away from my house driving . And they close at 6pm it's 5:35 nowhere in sight no one shows up until I ended up driving to the location. Also why is it that I need a credit card up truck but a smaller vehicle I need just a debit card ? Not everyone has a credit card.

  My husband and I rented a car 🚘 from this company, we picked up the car on their Seaport location in Boston MA. To start their website states that pick up rides are in place as long as location is within 10 miles radius. We called the Seaport location and we were told that this service was suspended when Coronavirus happened. (Then remove this statement from your website). Second , we were given no paperwork at all, neither any phone numbers in the event of an emergency. Third, the African-American woman that helped us with the transaction (at the Seaport location) was taking care of a personal issue while she checked us in (not good). Fourth, the man that delivered the car 🚘 (by the way one has to go to the 7th floor to pick up car) did not informed us that the car we were renting needed an oil change plus fluids for the windshield wipers). Fifth, we had a hard time connecting to car 🚘 play. Thus Google Maps were not available all the time. Overall we are not satisfied with the customer service and the vehicle that we were given. (This is a beaten car that needs service). It is a shame because we have always chosen Enterprise when renting a vehicle 🚗. We returned the car at this Bridgeport location and what a difference from the one in Boston. We were helped by a young man, do not recall his name, He was very understanding and he gave us a ride (reduced the rental fee we had to pay) to the Amtrak location where we were taking a train to New York City. We wished all Enterprise rental locations were like this one on 370 North Avenue in Bridgeport CT.
