- SRS. RodriguezJul 2, 20263.0Max was absolutely a delight to deal with. Issues with the 1st rental and max switched us out to a different car, which worked. The several calls to make sure everything was working was a little much but still appreciated. The vehicles were the issue not the customer service. Pricing is very high and the coverage (damage waiver) that should always be carried, is too high. Customer service= 8.5 out of 10 Vehicles = 3 out of 10 Turo is a better option as far as pricing

The entire team I encountered there Ryan, Seamus, and Eric (Eric picked me up at HVN) are some of the most polite, courteous caring professionals you could find. They went above and beyond in getting me situated with my rental all while showing they were more than happy to help in any way they could with true personalized service you don't often find these days and they made the process rather quick as well. The Branford Enterprise will be our go to for car rentals now when we travel up that way, highly recommend and thank you guys again !
