  Great service, for the car that i wanted!! The car was clean and comfortable. The service to check in and out was processional, friendly. You get good quality cars and service at a great price.

  Absolute incompetence. Told me my son would be covered on the rental replacement and changed the story on site. Showed up a half hour late - I called at 8:06 to confirm a 9:00 pick up. I left at 9:26. Because I was unhappy they seem to blame me for this lack of service. AVOID

  I had such a good experience with Enterprise in Branford. I needed a rental for about two weeks while my car was being serviced, and they made the whole process so easy for me. Max was wonderful and really stood out throughout my experience. I had to extend my rental a few times because I wasn’t exactly sure when I would be getting my car back, and every time I reached out she was so kind, warm, and willing to help. She was really informative from the start and made sure I understood everything, and she even let me know that I could reach out to her directly if I had any questions or needed anything while I had the rental. It was such a small thing, but it made me feel really comfortable and like I was in good hands. The pickup and return were both super quick and seamless, and everyone I dealt with at this location was genuinely friendly and helpful. Having my car in the shop for that long was already stressful, so I really appreciated how easy they made everything on their end. I’m really glad I chose this location and would absolutely come back if I ever need a rental again. Thank you again to Max and the whole team!

  If I could give less stars I would. They are always extremely slow every time I pick up a car, potentially the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a rental car place, slower than airport service! They are constantly chasing you about their customer service review, I think they should worry more about cleaning and servicing the cars for customer service rather than making random small talk with me when I’m trying to get my car and go. The cars never have a full tank and if you don’t pick up your reservation exactly on time they will give away your car without notice. I came to pick up my insurance rental, said I would be there in the morning, I showed up at 10 and was told that’s not considered the morning.
