- DPDaniel PerezFeb 10, 20261.0This is about the 4th time in a 2 week span that ive came to this store all the way from enfield to get a part they had in stock and im never coming back. The same three people (black young lady, and either the spanish guy with glasses or a white guy) sitting in the back counters not wanting to acknowledge me or even ask if I needed help. Only one young man running the front counter with about 3 other customers in the store and neither of those two took it upon themselves to step up and help. The 2nd time I came the young lady had the nastiest attitude and has no customer service etiquette on how to speak to people. I forgot the name of the part i needed and she didnt even bother to help me figure it out. She said "if you dont know what your looking for i cant help you im not a mechanic" and with that, i smoothly walked up out of there across the street to O'Reillys where they had ZERO problem helping me figure it out. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever set foot in besides Wingstop and thats saying a lot. You need better staff or better management to train these people.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
