  I'm a caterer. I need a cargo Van for Saturday the 8th I was told that the Van wouldn't make it there in time for my catering event, I got to the Waterbury location, to pick up a 16 foot box truck, and by that time my day had already gotten worse the gentleman there Nick. Was Very, very compassionate, very helpful, very thoughtful and very mindful of what type of activities I had going on, he made a call to the gentleman in Berlin and they had a cargo Van that was available.I drove to berlin , and when I got there, a young man by the name of Andrew, was there. He already knew the backstory of the day. He and Nick communicated with each other and coordinated to make sure my day went well from there on out. I am ever grateful to these 2 gentlemen. If I had a $1000 to give each one of them, I would have... enterprise. Please be thankful and grateful to have employees like Nick and Andrew on your team. They went above and beyond to make sure I got to my catering event one time... If I ever need a cargo Van or a box truck, I don't want service from anyone, except for these 2 young men, I feel like we've built a bond through my traumatic experience from that morning, they healed me completely.   I rented a large cargo van from Enterprise to transport furniture, etc.. when we sold the family lake house. It was tough to leave the place so the fact that renting and driving was so easy made life a bit lighter.
