- TPtyler pitann3 days ago1.0I booked a rental car reservation online and selected a Volkswagen Jetta which I am familiar with and enjoy driving. When I arrived to my surprise they instead gave me a Toyota Camry Hybrid it was the most annoying driving experience of my life. With electric and hybrid cars when you let off the gas the car automatically starts decelerating. It feels like you are driving a car sized golf cart. For a newer car it was the biggest pos I have ever driven in my life.

They came directly to the collision center with a comparable vehicle — a 2025 VW Atlas — ready and waiting before I even finished my paperwork with Caliber. Zero wait time. The return process was equally smooth and hassle-free. The team here clearly understands that dealing with car repairs is already stressful, and they go above and beyond to make the rental side of it effortless. Highly recommend this location.
