We were walk-up customers and had a great experience. There was one customer ahead of us and the manager, Noah, constantly kept us updated with the progress and when we expected to get our truck serviced. I will surely be a repeat customer. I went to Grease Monkey for an oil change and felt ripped off. I only wanted to get an oil change. When I got there they showed me a dirty air filter and said it needed to be changed. Fun fact I change my own air filters and they showed me one that wasn't even for my car. Then they said that my coolant was non existent and needed to be filled. Okay, if it needed to be filled wouldn't we also find a reason for why it is not full or at least give some type of explanation? Instead he just moves onto the next "problem." Then one of my lightbulbs was out and they said they could do it for me. Great! I have a light bulb just put it in. They didn't even bother to look in the place it was stored in. They didn't even replace and it and I got pulled over later that day. I feel conned and won't be coming back. Usually I go to the dealership for oil changes. So I was really excited when it open up. The last two times I have had a great experience. This time will be my last time. I'll go somewhere else. And this was after waiting 30 minutes to be seen. Did even cause a fuss over that as long as they do a good job. Yeah no thanks.
