I was charged twice for a cabin air filter, when I called for a refund, I was told that I needed to come back in for a refund or that they would mail me a refund check. This process is very inconvenient. I went back to the store the next day then the manager told me the check was in the mail and that he would forward me the email from HR confirming that I will be receiving the check. I never received the email and the manager informed me that he has yet to receive the email and that I’d have to wait. The manager spoke to me with seemed irritated with me, spoke to me in a very unpleasant, sarcastic and unprofessional manner. They then hung up on me when I told him he needs to tone down the sarcastic tone. I feel this store was being dishonest and that they charged me extra hoping I would not catch it knowing that I am from out of . I will not recommend this store to anyone and I will be writing yelp and google reviews warning others of what I experienced here.

Joseph and Steve are an excellent pair of workers! Very down to earth, honest, they did not beat around the bush! I'd honestly even say to give these dudes a raise of some sort! They did a great job. I highly recommend this company in general. These guys will keep me as a long term customer. God bless!
