Almost all oil drained from my vehicle before I was alerted by my vehicle that there was an issue. I spoke with management and general management and they had little to know concern over the matter. They also nearly stripped the oil pan bolt then asked me to pay for the fix or they wouldn’t service my vehicle.

I had dirty oil dripping off my engine and skid plate after the oil change and took it back. The Jiffy Lube techs said it was just oil that accumulated on top of my skid plate and they agreed to wash it off. The next day I have fresh and dirty oil spots on my driveway. So, I took my truck to a completely different jiffy lube in Parker and those guys said that my skid plate was filthy. And that the techs over in Wheat Ridge didn't clean anything up properly. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!! The Parker location said the oil change was done HALF-ASSED!!!! For $138 oil change, one would hope you're getting a quality oil change. I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube.
