  Excellent customer service and one of the employees even drove me to another location where cars were available when the location I walked into ran out. The one thing I did not like though is that you cannot use a debit card if you are from out of state and there is no warning or posting of this on the website or in the offices as well

  Easy rental. Very friendly and efficient staff at the Wheatridge, CO office. Clean and reliable cars. Competitive pricing. I've rented many vehicles over the years and have only had one problem (electrical issues mid-trip). Enterprise directed me to the closest office, swapped the rental out and had me on my way within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

  Leaving this here again in case each branch has its own Google reviews. If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is a trash fire of a company. I will absolutely never use them again, and I’ve used them very reliably in the past. I had a reservation for 9a, for a long (holiday) weekend. They called and left me a message saying they “didn’t have a car” for me and that I would be first on the list for getting one. When I got the message, I tried to call. I must have tried the number a dozen times. I never got through. So I tried the enterprise at the airport; they were incredibly helpful, found my reservation and said there’s one car but it’s at a different location. They book me there. I go to the new location: no car for me; so the person at the airport didn’t actually find me a car and didn’t rebook my reservation to the new location. There are two people ahead of me waiting to get a car. Then, as I’m waiting there like four more ppl walk in and suddenly I’m 5th in line for a car and we’re all stranded. I had words with the service person - I was livid. He said he had to honor the existing reservations (as if my reservation wasn’t “existing”). Long story long, I took a Lyft from the airport to get there, ended up calling my family member to come pick me up and didn’t ever get a car and didn’t ever get a call back that there was a car for me. This company is not actually running a viable business. I guess this is why they don’t charge you anything when you reserve? RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT USE THEM! PS - if you read the other negative reviews they just have like an automated response and no one ever gets a resolution. PLUS some of the reviews talk about dangerous cars and no customer service/roadside assist. Sad excuse for a company.
