- CPCalista PollackAug 14, 20261.0Enterprise (and this is CO; WA is fabulous) could have put me in a car I could drive, like a sedan or an SUV. Instead I was put into a $70,000 brand new BMW convertible. I'm small so it was hard for me to see out of the front window, no real back window, and controls completely foreign to me. And I had called the day before to make sure there was a car available for me. I was assured they had a good supply of remtals.This rental was due to me being rear ended for the second time in a year. They would give me nothing else, though they did show me a filthy, beat up old Toyota as an option. I can't even imagine why that car was on their lot. So, I was left to cancel almost 2 weeks of appointments until I could get my car back. They had NO concern for my comfort with driving this car nor my Safety. When back in their office returning the car, they were telling people coming in that they had no sedans. A man returning a jeep said he had wanted a sedan but they gave him the jeep instead. I think their fleet is very, very limited. And they sure don't care about you or your safety.
