My experience with Thomas Bourdeon our sales person has been nothing less than amazing. His customer service skills are unparalleled.
Our first time taking our camper out we experienced a slide out that wouldn't retract. After taking measures to resolve the issue ourselves without success, we thought that we may have to have the camper towed back to Camping World.
Thomas had given us his contact information a few weeks prior if we had any questions. In an effort to get the issue resolved we took a chance and reached out to Thomas. Mind you this was on a Sunday when Thomas was not working. Thomas answered and took time on his day off to trouble shoot the issue. After walking through a few items to check and a few phone calls. Thomas was able to determine what was causing the issue. After changing a setting on the inverter and restoring shore power and changing batteries we were able to get the slide in back in. We were able to get back home without any further issues.
If it wasn't for Thomas our Sunday would have been much different. Our thanks Thomas for going above and beyond on his day off! He deserves to be rewarded with a bonus or a raise!

Called for an appointment to see a camper. Logan (sales) was great. Was a little disappointed that the camper was not clean. The floor had mud & dirt throughout & stickers pealing off the cabinet & door finishes. Couldn't tell if everthing worked or not. Was told a review would be done after purchase & anything wrong would be corrected (but this was for a price $). (Not sure how they could fix the stickers taking the finish off- but we would have wanted them removed) We would have preferred to know if everything worked prior to purchasing. Regardless, another Sales person was working with another customer on the same camper & got the paperwork in for a finance deal before we did for a cash deal. They pushed a little hard for a finance deal- we get it- they get a kick back on finance deals. So we will be going to other camping sales companies to find our perfect camper.

I recently purchased a new RV from Camping World and have been extremely disappointed with the post-sale communication and service process.
Since delivery, I have dealt with delivery damage, cosmetic defects, warranty concerns, an unsecured siding panel under the hitch area, a malfunctioning solar monitor that Lucas assured me would be fixed before delivery, and several other issues that Lucas told me had already been submitted as warranty claims. When I later followed up, I was told there was no record of those claims in the system and none of the issues were fixed before delivery.
I also have serious concerns about the delivery process. I personally observed the delivery driver towing the RV at extremely high speeds, approximately 95–100 mph, and the unit arrived with multiple damaged items, including trim damage, cabinet damage, flooring issues, and other cosmetic defects.
The most frustrating part has been the communication. I made multiple phone calls, left voicemails, and was repeatedly told I would receive a callback. I never received a response from Chris, Bill, Logan, or Lucas regarding my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact them. I eventually had to go to the dealership in person because I could not get clear answers over the phone, and even then I still left without a clear plan for how these issues would be resolved.
When I did finally receive a response from Marcus, I felt dismissed rather than helped. I was told that my options were essentially to bring the RV back or handle the issues myself, despite previously being told that repairs could be performed at my location.
To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information regarding service. Before delivery, I was told repairs could be performed at my location. After I took delivery, I was informed that mobile service was not available. Since I had the RV delivered because I do not currently have a way to tow it, this information would have absolutely impacted my decision-making had I known it beforehand.
I understand that RVs can have warranty issues and that repairs take time. My frustration is not with the existence of defects, but with the lack of communication, conflicting information from staff, missing warranty claims, and the complete lack of follow-through after the sale.
At no point did I feel like anyone was taking ownership of the problems or making a genuine effort to make the situation right. I felt ignored, dismissed, and left to figure things out on my own after making a major purchase.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing from another dealership. Once the paperwork was signed, getting help, answers, or even a callback became an uphill battle. A major RV purchase should come with support and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Absolutely horrific experience with Camping World. I purchased a used 2021 Keystone Arcadia from them, and even for a used unit, there is absolutely no excuse for a dealer to sell something in this condition. They clearly either never inspected it at all or simply did not care about the serious problems. Since I bought it in January, I couldn’t fully test everything until later, and that’s when the disaster really began.
Right away:
* Fresh water tank sensor does not work at all. Tank can be completely full and still shows empty.
* Water pump was not working.
* The RV was NOT winterized properly. I had to replace the shower handle/knob system and the outside spray port because they froze and broke.
* Tires were completely unsafe. I could literally see wires showing through the tires.
* The main slide will not close properly.
* One propane tank is leaking.
* One propane hose is also leaking.
But the most serious and dangerous issue:
The hitch pin assembly that holds the front connection to the RV had 5 large screws that were all loose. This could have caused the RV to completely detach while driving down the highway and potentially cause a catastrophic accident. This is beyond careless — it is reckless and unbelievably dangerous.
This unit should NEVER have been put on the lot, let alone sold to a customer. The level of negligence here is shocking. I would never recommend Camping World to anyone under any circumstances. Poor inspection, terrible workmanship, dangerous safety failures, and absolutely zero accountability or concern for customer safety.

I called Camping World in Wheat Ridge to set an appointment to get a recall on my camper corrected. During the call, the person in the service department suggested that I get my wheel bearings re-packed while my camper is there as well. I appreciated the suggestion and agreed to the additional service. I also included a few other items as well such as checking the quality of my batteries.
I dropped my camper off on May 7th at 4:00pm. I went in and filled out all of the paperwork and confirmed all of the services to be provided. The service tech stated that the person that deals with recalls was gone for the day and that he would reach out to them in the morning to get the process going. He asked if i has a trip coming up in the near future. I replied that we were leaving for a trip on May 22nd. The tech said that it would be plenty of time and gave me a promise completion date of May 14th.
On May 14th I received a call from the tech and we went over all of the items that were found during their "complimentary" inspection that need to be addressed. Of course their were some pretty expensive suggestions that I chose not to correct at this time. He then proceeded to tell me that my camper was complete and was ok to be picked up. He promptly remembered that the factory recall issue had not be addressed yet. He once again told me that he would need to reach out to the recall person to make sure that didn't need to order a part. I was very confused at that point as my initial appointment was to have the recall corrected so why wasn't the part ordered and on it's way while of the other items were being completed? Of course, he didn't have an answer for me. I reiterated that my trip was coming up soon and I needed the camper back ASAP to prepare. He was going to check on the availability of the part and get back to me the next day. That did not happen.
I waited until Monday the 18th and then I began to reach out for an update. I left the service tech a couple messages within a couple of days and didn't hear back from him. So I then reached out to speak to a manager and had to leave a message there as well. I was never contacted by management either. Finally, on the 19th, the tech called back and informed that they are waiting on the part for my camper to complete the recall work. I again reminded him that I need the camper by the 22nd so we can leave on our trip. He stated that his manager was returning from vacation on the 20th and he would talk to him to find out what can be done. It a was11:30am and I had not heard back from him yet and i am beyond nervous about them delivering. At this point I have now chosen to bypass dealing with him again and contact his manager that was supposed to be back from vacation today. when I called, I was informed that the manager was not in today and was directed to another managers voicemail.
This placed managed to get all of the work done that they are able to charge me for but can care less about the rest. I finally showed up and was able to speak to an interim manager. He walked over to the parts counter and found out the part was delivered. He had someone install the part in 30 minutes and I was on my way.
