  I Decided to stop in for a bottle of water treatment. Everyone was nice and helpful. Then I ran into Melissa who was sour and had a bad attitude for no reason. I won't be going there again. Ever!

  We bought an RV from here and was told it just needed an alignment. We got the run around for shops and was told we had a warranty. PS there’s no warranty!!! Finally got it into a shop and it’s well over $8339 the entire front suspension and bushing are completely messed up. It’s not even driveable. We spend well over $40,000 to have a RV we can’t even use. We’ve gotten the run around sense we bought it called numerous times!! We’ve only owned 1-2 months!! Shame on you guys! We bought a Lemon RV!!! It was pre existing and obviously it wasn’t properly inspected by safety!! Update spoke with the GM Patrick!! He will not fix it apparently two cdl drivers have “ no idea about how a RV should drive”. He also stated “ he drove the RV himself to put fuel” he states it was fine. Sir it’s at the mechanic shop with bushes that are gone and front suspension is terrible”. We bought this RV for our daughter who is disabled to make life easier and show her the world. Now we have a RV we purchased 7/31/2026 we can’t drive until we fix the suspension and bushings. It’s not worth what we paid for or are making payments on. I recoded the phone call and the lack of professionalism and the GM laughing at us was just sickening(also had us on speaker with other the room laughing). All they cared about was sells. We went to buy an RV perfect credit. Price wasn’t a thing! He literally judged us because we bought a cheaper camper. Sweetheart we both make good money being CDL drivers. We would have bought a more expensive one if we knew the issues. You wouldn’t let us take it to a mechanic before we purchased and kept saying it was “alignment issues and sold us the extended warranty”! Which doesn’t even. Cover it! Well I guess you got the money but I hope no one else buys from you!!

  Do not recommend this place. We received multiple offers to sell our rv to them. We brought it in on Friday without an appointment for appraisal. The guy that does appraisal said that they can look at it on Tuesday. We agreed and left the trailer there until Tuesday. We took pictures of our trailer and left. Tuesday evening we tried to reach out but received no response. They got back to us on Thursday with a low ball offer and told us they’re not interested which is okay. The guy who deals with appraisal told us that the only way to pick up trailer is through him and that we need him to be in the office on the day of pickup. We tried to reach him for almost a week to schedule a pickup there was no response. Finally we just decided to go there and pick it up without him. As we live far. On the day we came there, all of our stuff was missing: they threw away our LICENSE PLATE! Bedding set, comforter, my expensive pillow, mop, vacuum, septic tank pods, cookware, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, water hose with filter and stoppers for wheels and some other miscellaneous stuff. THEY STOLE OR THREW AWAY ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS. When we approached general manager Patrick Williams he was absolutely useless. They did not help us, they did not cover our belongings, they didn’t offer to replace supplies. They offered ABSOLUTE 0$ for compensation. We tried to reach them through email and described breakdown of all items missing still no response. Please choose a different dealership for your rv needs.

  I scheduled an appointment to see a specific RV trailer at their wheat Ridge location. When I arrived the salesman and I went out to the RV only to find that it was parked too close to another RV and we couldn’t access the door. Salesman had to call someone to move the RV out a little bit. That whole process took about 25 minutes before someone came and moved it. In the meantime, the salesman forgot to bring a portable generator to be able to hook up electricity to the unit. He went back to retrieve one which took about another five minutes, brought it out, only to find that it wasn’t powered up. He then had to go back to the shop and retrieve another generator. That took another 5 to 7 minutes. All in, I waited over 30-40 minutes just to walk through the unit. Decided to wait a day, before I made a final offer through email / text to the Salesperson. We went back-and-forth and then I made a final comment asking what is out the door / Final price on the unit if I paid cash. He never responded back to me. Just went dark. I suspect he got busy or just didnt want to sell the RV. Obviously not the best experience with this group. I decided to buy my RV through a wholesaler. Really didn’t wanna go that route as it means I have to drive a pretty long distance to retrieve the RV. However, I did save quite a bit more money, even with the cost of travel. At this point, I would not recommend camping world.
