Very poor The sale person that help us was not very helpful. Poor customer service would not return my call when our deal fell through. When my daughter & her husband bought there first camper the same day. The guy showing them how everything works was not very knowledgeable. I will not go back to any camping world because of this.

Just bought a 2025 a few months ago and something has been breaking every other week make sure you check everything water pressure water heater all of the a.c. units and other appliances they're only solution is to take it up there for a day or 2 but I'm currently living in it so they just said to call the manufacturer which they said they only refund you if you use a rv tech that has there approval which I called around and all the rv techs don't work with manufacturers so a few thousand out of pocket wish I could go back in time and take my business to a more reputable dealer that actually check everything there negligence made my place almost flooded 3 times

I bought the wrong color caulk. Tried to exchange but the brand did not come in clear. So I asked for a refund. I needed a receipt which I had. However it turns out you need the barcode at the bottom of the receipt. Mine was partially torn. So no refund only store credit. Their sign makes no reference to needing this barcode. They provided the receipt. This, along with other experiences at CW, will result in me never bringing my TT there for service or buying from their parts department again.
