  Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I appreciated being given all the information on different services that could be done with no pressure to agree to anything. I believe it was Caiden who took care of me (of course along with all the rest of the guys)! and he was so friendly and helpful.

  I appreciate that they check all your lights and fluids while you are there and do a complete inspection. They offer recommendations for services but aren’t pushy. Being able to stay in the car is wonderful as a mom of 2 little kids. Jackson, Steven and Bryon did a great job

  So I've got a trans flush here and well not long after putting some miles I didn't notice the transmission had low low oil didn't even read on the dip stick I was wondering and wondering what in the heck could have it been I remembered I had gotten a flush done here and it hit me that they did not do something proper like forcing the oil back into the gears they kept playing with the machine the entire time and I was wondering hmmm 🤔 if they struggled with that machine they did not know how to properly use it now all sudden my truck is having shifting issues? Like come on bro...

  I was satisfied because Drew, Pete, and the others who helped me were professional, courteous, proactive, efficient, and effective! I love the efficiency and comfort of Valvoline services at this location, where I have patronized Valvoline on multiple occasions for two different vehicles I own. Drew presented me with what I consider the perfect blend of empathetic customer service and Valvoline's interest in sales. He offered me various services and respected my input and decisions on each. This location, the only location I've patronized, has earned my repeat business!

WOW. Just WOW. The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Westminster absolutely crushed it! From the moment I pulled in, the experience was next‑level fast, incredibly smooth, and honestly impressive. Kevin, the manager, and the entire team were welcoming, professional, and clearly know their stuff. They explained everything as they went, made sure I understood my options, and never wasted a second. This place redefines FAST! It honestly felt like being at the Indy 500 in the pit lane. You’re the driver, and Kevin and the team are your pit crew, moving with precision and speed, changing fluids, checking everything, and getting you back on the road before you can even process how quickly it all happened. They were also incredibly thorough—the only thing they found missing on my truck was a single nut from my air filter holder left behind by the last place I took it (not throwing anyone under the bus, but that was Midas). Valvoline was a great recommendation from my stepdad, and after this experience, I’m a forever customer. I’ll be back next week to finish up my transmission fluid change and take care of a few small things to make sure my truck is purring pretty. Huge shoutout to Kevin and his highly skilled Auto Mechanic Specialists working alongside him.
