  This is absolutely my favorite grease monkey to go to! The staff is so kind works so fast and is very informative. When they let me know about additional issues with my vehicle, they are not pushy to fix it. They are more just giving the information. This is the only one I will go to kudos to them.

  My husband went in this afternoon to get an oil change. He had a coupon for special event pricing for Grease Monkey national oil change. He waited over an hour for service. We decided to have our second car have an oil change. Which I arrived shortly before 5pm. This guy comes out to my car door, proceeds to put his greasy hands on the tip of my driver's door as well as on top of rhe door jam. There was absolutely no need for that. As soon as he walked up to my car he was very rude to me. Said that they close at 6pm and so they may not get my car in. Not to mention just before I arrived they barley took my husband's car in. If this was a special event happening today then why were there only 3 techs? As I stated the guy that met me was extremely rude. There was no greeting, nothing he was very aggressive. In the mean time my husband tells the tech that he didn't want his car to be serviced due to the fact that it took them so long to even get his car in, and because the guy was very rude to me. The guy walks over to the tech working on my husband's car starts talking shit about my husband. Then both the guy and the "manager" stated saying that my husband was the one who was being aggressive. What is pretty pathetic is the Manger didn't even try to ask what he could do to make the situation better, didn't even apologize nothing. Is this how youn really perform business? We have been taking our vehicles to this location for years. We lived out of the area and yet we still come to this location. I have to say this is the worse service we have ever experienced. Apparently you guys don't have any problems conducting yourselves in this manner. I am totally apuald by the disrespect, the way your manager and tech handled themselves. There are way too many other places we can use for oil changes where we can go to get better treatment. After this type of experience we will be using another place where we are treated wirh respect, where we are felt wanted and valued. It's pretty sad that your tech and manager couldn't try to make things right or at least show some type of concern, or tried to make things right. The tech that was rude from the moment i arrived was a black gentleman. Hopefully it was worth your employees to loose a customer that we have multiple vehicles. I am really disappointed.
