- BRBill Rose3 days ago1.0I visited Gill’s Automotive and spoke with Chris. I had a gash in my sidewall tire, which should be covered under warranty. Chris dismissed it as superficial and said it wouldn’t be covered. I argued that any gash in the sidewall is not superficial and could cause a blowout, potentially leading to death. I spoke with the supervisor, Dwayne, who called the shop and took care of the issue, putting it under warranty. However, Dwayne never got back to me. There’s no such thing as a superficial problem with a cut in the sidewall tire.
- EHEric Herold4 days ago5.0I took in my truck because I thought it had a small oil leak. They diagnosed it was just residual oil in the skid plate and didn’t try to upsell me on any repairs! I will certainly be coming here for everything from this point on. Chris was great to work with and I can’t recommend them enough.
- OCOur Drain and Sewer Company6 days ago1.0This place is great for tires and oil changes. We left our service van so they could check the AC. It would only run intermittently. We authorized a $150 diagnostic fee. They called a couple hours later and said the van was fixed for $350. We asked why they had done any work without approval. They told us they had recharged the system. We picked it up and the AC still didn't work. We had charged the system a month ago. We looked on YouTube and found the typical failure was the low pressure switch. We bought one at AutoZone for $50 and installed it in the parking lot. It has worked perfectly since.

- MDMandi DeLongAug 15, 20265.0First timer. This was above all the greatest experience with my 1999 Honda Accord, went to secondary services & they break parts or leave their tools under the hood. I'll be going back to this shop to get my regular PM'd done. They let u know what else needs repaired down the road! I had bearings and wheel hubs done due to roaring in the cabin and not able to go over 40mph. The team did it right the first time and got me back on the road! Definitely going back!
