  Leaving from Havana Street in the city of Aurora, Westminster was a distance in short with the mechanic of my vehicle. Enterprise didn't leave a situation where two drivers were my only option. From a Aurora location to the Westminster location, the mechanic was less than two blocks away an they gave a ride. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

  Can't recommend these guys enough! I skipped the 2-hour lines at the rental car by the airport and came in town. 20 minutes later I'm walking out the door with keys and NO HASSLE. Elliott and his team are amazing I will do this every time I come in town now. I recommend you do the same.

  Elliot, Jacob and Sam were incredible!! Highly recommend this location. I had my car stolen (super stressful) and they relieved a lot of my stress by taking great care of me and getting me situated fast!

  I had the best experience with Enterprise at Westminster. I used them as my vehicle needed to be repaired due to a break in. The situation was a complete headache and Enterprise made this whole process as easy as possible. They coordinated a ride from my place to pickup my rental and then picked up the rental from the auto body shop I had used to have my car fixed. Communication was professional and the vehicle I was provided with more than meet my expectations. Great experience.

  I had used this Enterprise location twice before without issue. But I've never experience an issue like this with a rental company. I had a confirmed reservation. The branch called the morning of pickup to say they did not have a car available, but told me they would call back later once one became available or was brought in from another location. Totally fine, I get that reserving a car does not mean a car is available. My issue is, they never called back at all. I tried calling the branch back before closing, sat on hold, and then the phone system disconnected me because the location was no longer taking calls. I contacted Enterprise support, explained the situation, and was told it would be escalated to a regional manager in a priority queue. No one called me back from there either. The issue is not just that they did not have a car. The issue is that they left me hanging at every step. No follow-up from the branch. No follow-up from the escalation. Ultimately no attempt to contact me at all to give me any sort of status update. If your rental is important or time-sensitive, I would be very careful relying on this location. A confirmed reservation does not mean they have a car, and when that became a problem, their communication completely failed. Update: Their reply reinforces my concern. My review is not about inventory. It is about being told I would receive a follow-up, receiving no follow-up from the branch, being unable to reach the branch before closing and then receiving no follow-up from the promised escalation either.
