  I had a great experience with Enterprise, and Elliott made it truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire rental process. He even came to the body shop to meet with me in person, which I really appreciated. I had several questions about the rental and dealing with the insurance company, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to write notes for me in my notebook and explained step by step how to communicate with the insurance company. That level of care really meant a lot to me. I also asked him multiple questions about car rental , and he patiently answered me every time with professionalism and clarity. He is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and supportive. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Elliott!

  Sam at the Westminster location off of 74th and Federal was phenomenal. When I walked in on Thursday he was busy but handled it all very professionally and efficiently. The car was amazing, had great gas mileage and we truly appreciate it. Drop off was just as smooth again with Sam at the desk.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Everything was easy and stress free from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond offering us a ride back so we didn’t need an Uber, and even helping me recover my glasses that I accidentally left in the car. I genuinely felt cared for and at ease the whole time. Amazing service, I’m really grateful. :)
