  Used a free oil change coupon my husband got from bringing his car in. Staff I interacted with (Cory, Kory, and Grayson) were kind and courteous, got me in with barely any notice, and even threw in a free tire rotation. I expected some attempts to upsell me on maintenance but they said everything looked to be in great condition! Makes me trust them that they’ll be honest in the future, too. I’ll definitely be back!

  Super friendly customer service! I went in for a brake check thinking they were feeling a little soft. Unlike a lot of companies that would have just said I needed new pads for the sale, they inspected and came back to tell me that I had nothing to worry about and plenty of life left in my brakes. And on top of that, the check was free. Nice to see a consumer friendly business doing right by the customer. A+

  A piece of my car was left bent and falling off after I got an oil change at a different place, so I was incredibly grateful when Brakes Plus was willing to not only get me a same-day appointment, but they also offered to reattach the piece and fix it up for free. The person on the phone and who spoke to me in-person was a very sweet and well spoken guy named Cody, and I’m very thankful for him talking me through this so I stopped stressing over it. Hopefully my car doesn’t have its pieces fall off again anytime soon, but I’m very comfortable coming back here if the time ever does come!

  Absolutely love this Brakes Plus location!! I got my car back from Walmart doing a simple tire rotation and when I got it back it was making some not normal clunking noise. I called these guys and got it scheduled for my car to come immediately. Within an hour they called me back and told me what issues they found and they discussed the different routes we could take and the cost of everything. Kory was really great, I can’t even explain how truly thankful I am to have worked with him. He got everything to a price within my budget and within a couple of hours he called me to let me know my poor car was all fixed. I drove her home and the sound was completely gone. Even threw in an alignment for her. AMAZING!! Thank you so much Kory and the fellas at Brakes Plus. I will definitely recommend to ANYONE. Help yourselves help your cars. They also have the Synchrony Car Care Credit Card to help finance. Idk if that’ll help anyone but try it out and see if you’re approved. (Not a paid review! Actual testimony) :) Thanks again guys.

  Brakes plus has been a tremendous experience. First off, the customer service was impressive. For being a budget friendly store they were extremely kind and very honest. They were willing to explain everything that they were going to repair in extreme clarity. For me it was diagnosing my issue, warped rotors and new break pads, and then coming and showing me what needed to be done and then explaining why it was incorrect. Ontop of this, they then began to give me many discounts. Very large shoutout to Kory for making my experience!
