  When I talk about God answered my prayers with my brakes He answered them.. Please Jesus accept them into Heaven with out them and all the help and compassion and heart they had for me because I was unable to afford the entire amount they helped pay for some of my bill and did complete the work on my car nobody will ever touch my car but these 3 men at this Brakes plus only Real Christian Men thank you Jesus for them..   I needed my brakes replaced because they were squeaky and long overdue for maintenance. Every employee that interacted with me was friendly and helpful. They gave me discounts and Kory said he would beat anyone’s price! The technicians stayed a little later after closing to make sure everything worked properly. The cost was reasonable for getting both front and back brakes replaced as well as a couple other parts.

  I will make this quick, whoever is the head honcho at Brakes Plus in Westminster/Denver/Colorado/the country, NEEDS to give Kory a raise or promote him to quality control check all other locations ASAP. In my 28 years on this earth I have worked dozens of customer service roles across serval industries + traveled to major cities in the US and I don’t think I have ever seen such professionalism from Kory and his team. I have avoided getting brake work done on my car for a long time and was given the exact same quote from 303 Repair, Meineke, and even the Toyota dealerships in Lakewood. I saw this Westminster location had 5 star reviews and gave them a shot. I am unbelievably happy with my decision. I got my 2013 Toyota’s brakes, shocks, oil, and AC filter done thru them and am extremely pleased with the 1 day turnaround. Respectful, knowledgeable, willing to explain everything to me without being condescending or rude, not by a long shot. This is the type of service experience I expect from world class restaurants or hotels, but to know it’s coming from a Brakes Plus tucked away in Westminster is wild. I believe Brakes Plus a life long customer and I will be recommending this specific shop to friends.
