- RARobert Armstrong6 days ago5.0Robert Armstrong here My son has gone to brakes plus for years. he's been very satisfied. We were working on a car that had 2 strut bolts that would not come loose. My son called his Brakes Plus shop they directed us to the location at 5170 W. 120th Ave. Chad at this location was able to get the messed up bolts out allowing us to replace the strut. Chad was very professional & able to remove the bad bolts. Thank you to brakes plus and having quality staff on hand.

I brought my Mazda CX-5 in because warning lights were on, and instead of properly diagnosing the root cause, the Break Plus performed a brake service and charged me lot of money. The brakes were working fine before, and the original issue was never fixed. A professional shop should diagnose the problem first before recommending expensive repairs. After spending lot of money, I still have the same warning lights and the same problem. I feel that my concerns were ignored and that I paid for work that did not address the actual issue. I would not recommend this shop and would advise others to get a proper diagnosis before authorizing repairs.

They fit me in on a busy day ( in the afternoon) for an alignment at a great price during a current special. After inspection they found a problem with my inner tie rod and completed the repair same day! Great customer service!
