- AAAbdu A4 days ago5.0This location and the crew are awesome! Andy, Richard and the whole team were phenomenal throughout the entire customer experience. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and always willing to help. Andy is always in a great, laid-back mood, which makes the whole experience that much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his team and his business. I honestly didn’t realize how much Brakes Plus does, but after dealing with them, this will definitely be our go-to place for our car needs. We brought both of our cars in multiple times over the span of about two weeks, and every interaction was professional, friendly, and attentive. My wife also had a great experience when she came in and was impressed by how polite and courteous everyone was. Really appreciate the whole team and the way they treat their customers. Great people and great service!

There is one technician at this location who is completely dishonest there's two occasions I brought a vehicle here for vehicle alignments. Both times I was told brand new steering parts needed to be replaced again before they could perform alignment. Both times technician left chassis parts loose.
