  Has to be the worst location they have. There’s an employee on site every time I visit and yet every time the automatic one has no soap or water pressure. What’s the point of him being there if nothing works?

  Great quality of wash on my car. However, just like every Autowash location, the drying is absolutely terrible. They might as well just cut it out completely at all locations. Takes two towels to get all the water off my car. If I didn’t have a ceramic coating on my paint, I wouldn’t go to Autowash again..

  They were good once upon a time, but keep getting worse by the day. I hope this reaches to the right people and they improve things. Every bay always has something that doesn’t work, including the automatic ones. Some don’t have a functioning underbody/wheel cleaner. Some don’t have a liquid available. Some don’t have a working foam gun. And almost all self service bays spray liquids that are too diluted. Self service bays make it hard to finish wash in 15 mins because when you switch to a different liquid, it takes a minute for it to actually switch. The spot free rinse has such low water pressure that it will take you too long to go over the whole car, AND the high pressure rinse sprays some white liquid instead of water. The other panels pretty much dry up by the time you get to go over them. Customer support offers a free wash when you contact them with an issue but chemicals drying on paint cause more harm than the value of a free wash.
