- MFMark Franklin5 days ago5.0I love this place. Will absolutely be back for any and all truck needs! Payton the manager went above and beyond for me trying to swap some tires around between my two trucks. Absolutely phenomenal service. The saying is they go the extra mile and he went an extra 10 miles for me. I Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone for the exceptional service.
- MBMarissa BrighamOct 6, 20265.0I could not recommend this place enough! Everyone was SO kind and helpful and worked with me, instead of trying to charge me for a bunch of things I didn’t need. Andrew was beyond amazing! I didn’t get the name of the other employee that came in to talk to me, but he was just as wonderful. Thank you all for the impeccable service, you’ve gained a loyal customer!
- HFHoward FranklinOct 3, 20265.0I literally moved to this town two days ago so I found Grease Monkey by searching "oil change near me". Yes, they changed my oil. But they did the little things that make me want to take the time to write a great review. The employees took time to speak and be friendly. The technician communicated about the service, and didn't try to upsell things I didn't need. I'm still figuring out where things are in this town, but I know where to go for friendly auto service.
- DJDavid T JonesOct 2, 20265.0I usually change my own but didn't have tune before a weekend trip so I gave them a try. The service team was super friendly and helpful and we were in and out in 20 min. Free ice cream is a nice bonus.
- RRrhud513Sep 25, 20265.0I am editing my initial review as the first one I was wrong about the service. I will say they were quick and efficient when they changed my oil. I would suggest that they institute a policy that they show the customer the dipstick which will ensure that the oil is clean and full.
