I had a small concern about my low oil light coming on, and stopped in to see if they could check it out. Emiliano and the rest of the crew took care of us right away, and turns out it just needed to be topped off. They took care of that and didn’t even charge me! I’ve been here two other times for oil changes, and every time the crew is so professional, friendly, and efficient. And you can tell how safety is a priority. It’s the consistent customer service for me, that’s so rare to see now. Thanks team!! You guys are great!!

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Brittany the manager, was so sweet and respected by the employees. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock so they ordered one and had it delivered within 20 mins which was perfect because I had an errand to run. They were ready for me when I returned and had me on my way in minutes! Great job Valvoline for hiring incredible team members at your Thornton location, I will definitely be back and tell my family and friends!
