- NMNadine MartinezSep 27, 20265.0The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had no idea what to expect or what I was doing and they guided me thru every step. Definitely a great experience.
- AFAnthony FresquezSep 25, 20265.0Great customer service from Estevan at the washington location was very helpful, and also got a tight, broken oil filter off. One I was trying to get off for a while. Thanks Estevan and Valvoline for the great experience.
- THTarek HajjiSep 22, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Valvoline. I had a valid coupon that I wanted to use for my oil change, but Natalie refused to accept it. She told me that she could not cancel the transaction in order to apply the coupon in the system. I understand that there may be system limitations, but I expected better customer service and a reasonable effort to find a solution. I left feeling that my concern was simply dismissed. I hope Valvoline management reviews this situation and provides better training and customer service to prevent this from happening to other customers.
- AJApril JenningsSep 20, 20262.0Nice young guys but they did not do the full inspection like I like. That is the reason I go to valvevoline. They didnt ask me about a filter or my windshield wipers.which both I was going to be done. I took them to Walmart and they changed both. Sad I had to make another trip to finish my inspection
- SAStephanie AllenSep 18, 20265.0Friendly, efficient service! The crew at this location are great. Very easy to work with - they don't pressure you with upsells and explain why they're recommending everything. They were knowledgeable, polite, and quick. I was able to get in and out within 20 minutes. Tony, Michael, Alex, and Johnathan were all excellent! I'll definitely return.
