  Needed both fuel filters replaced in my 2500 Ram turbo diesel. They didn’t have both filters but were more than willing to install them if I bought them from an auto parts store and brought them in. I was pleasantly surprised by this and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great job guys!

  I like how fast they are with oil changes. However the last 2 times I went there they told me I needed a new serpentine belt because mine was bad. So I said to change it but they had to order it. So I said Ill just do it myself. When I took it off and looked at it. There was literally nothing wrong with it at all it looked almost brand new. So them trying to upsell me something i dont actually need when it isnt old/bad. It just shows me they are liars and cant be trusted. Otherwise everything is fine. I wouldnt get anything else done there.

  Everyone was kind and professional. I like how the "script" of what was told to me was simple and easy to understand. I liked how everyone had multiple ways to make sure every step was followed and hopefully no mistakes were made.

  The staff is friendly. Took my wife's fleet vehicle in for an oil change. Be warned they vacuum the oil out instead of using the drain plug. I was able to see 3 quarts of oil be evacuated into a plastic resivor and they proceeded to add new oil. I asked how much they added and they said 5.3 quarts. I saw an attendant check the dip stick repeatedly so I asked if it was over full. He said yes and then proceeded to use the evacuation gun to draw it down. I talked to the manager explained it wasn't really a complete oil change and to remove the drain plug so he did. Apparently this has happened previously based on reviews. Recommendation - it's unfortunate but you should double check the work. My wife found an oil smug on the edge of passenger seat when getting back in the car after the cabin air filter replacement. They spent a few minutes trying to wipe it up with a spray bottle and rag. Recommendation - bring a seat cover or blanket of your own if someone is performing service inside the vehicle. I don't want to complain and really wish the experience went smooth but people should know and business can't improve if they don't know. Maybe the processes could be updated to put fresh gloves on before entering the car, a blanket for the interior, measure and note the quantity of oil evacuated before adding new, different metrics (KPIs) how these guys are being measured possibly need review and alignment for better outcome? Accuracy over speed?
