The staff informed me of what I needed completed for my car's health but I never felt pressured to complete all items then and there and did not feel like there were any sales tactics involved. They were fast and efficient, completing the oil change in 10-15 minutes. Will definitely be back.

They made me feel valued and appreciated. I especially like the fact that they don’t remove the oil plug to drain the oil. Too many times, Jiffy Lube lost my screws to my skid plate or simply forgot to reattach the skid plate. I will definitely be going to Valvoline for all of my future oil changes!
