They checked everything they could and on my car everything checked out fine. Gives you peace of mind about your car. If you don't want to check your fluid levels they take care of that. Overall good experience!

- JLJuan Carlos Espinoza LaraApr 24, 20261.0Racismo acompañado de mal servicio me obligaron ha comprar un batería nueva para poder hacer un test ha un alternador defectuoso que ellos mismos me vendieron moví mi carro 4 ocasiones al taller la primera vez se negaron argumentando que la batería no era la adecuada la segúnda ocacion se negaron argumentando que los cables no están correctamente y la tercera vez con la batería nueva y cables con terminales nuevas el gerente se negó y argumento que la batería no tenía suficiente carga y gritando que solo quería trabajo gratis que si quería pagará 160 por hora y cuando pregunté su nombre se burlo haciéndome señas con los dedos después que decidí grabar lo sucedido se siguió burlando

I just tried to call to talk this through and it went right to voicemail so I don't know what to do. Jiffy told me my transmission fluid was dirty so I paid to flush it (at Washington street location) . Then the D on my dashboard started flashing the next day. Google says it's likely a transmission fluid level issue. Fascinating, I thought. So I took the car back to Jiffy (72nd and Sheridan) and they said the fluid level looked fine but they'd flush it again. Well, it didn't stop flashing. Then the engine light came on. So I took it to a real mechanic shop who told me the transmission was Over a Quart short on fluid, practically dry, & no sign of leaks. 😱 IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO PERFORM A SERVICE, DON'T FREAKING OFFER THE SERVICE. This cost me the charge of the Jiffy fluid flush, $300 in lost wages & $110 at the real mechanic shop. Could have been Way worse, luckily I caught it in time. Needless to say, I'm very angry.
