Drove up and waited for about 20 minutes before a tech got to us. After another 10 minutes of him getting our information and then leaving us to check on something in the shop, he came back out and told us that they didn't have enough oil to service our truck. A complete waste of time. Will take our business elsewhere.

Waiting over an hour for an oil change. When no one was even waiting! - will not return to this Jiffy Lube Worker kept coming and apologizing but nothing was done and there were multiple people there. They did not even offer a discount. After being there an hour I asked how long it would be I needed to leave. The lady said oh let me get them on it right now. After I said that they were done in 15 minutes. Very unprofessional

The two employees completing oil changes provided a clear service with verbal checks. They explained the pricing options and oil types thoroughly. I was able to stay in the car with the windows down while I waited.

Fantastic service that was and completed professionally. They had great communication with me the full time during my service. Great job I will definitely be returning and letting friends and family know where I go for service now.
