  I went in for an oil change, air filter replacement, and cabin filter replacement. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. After the service, when I arrived home, multiple warning lights appeared on my dashboard. I brought my car back to them three separate times. Each time, they only ran engine diagnostics and never properly checked under the hood to inspect the actual issue. Not only was the problem not fixed, but the staff also spoke to me very rudely. Eventually, they refused to address the issue at all, despite the fact that I paid $180+ for the service. When I later opened the hood myself, I noticed that a cabin filter or engine air intake pipe had been left disconnected and was not reinstalled properly after the service. Leaving such an important part unsecured is extremely careless and could have caused serious damage to my engine due to overheating. If major damage had occurred, who would have taken responsibility? Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. The service was poor, the work was careless, and the customer service was unprofessional and rude. See the pictures below…

  We were on our way to our grandson’s baseball game when we got a warning in our vehicle for low on oil. We stopped at this Grease Monkey, and though they were not open yet they jumped to our aid! Gave us a complimentary top-off, and could not have been nicer! Highly recommend!
