So I went in to get a radiator flush at 4:15, nearly 2 hours before close, and they couldn't do it because their mechanic has to have his special privilege. They apparently can't provide their full range of service for the full hours they're open. They won't need to provide any business to me going forward. Pathetic.

This was our first time at this location so I can’t speak to improvement, but today’s visit was really nice compared to other Grease Monkeys we’ve visited. Justin was extremely thorough in explaining service recommended without trying to “up sale” us. In fact, I appreciated the fact they told us immediately when we pulled in that there has been a price increase in services; instead of a surprise at the end. So if you’ve had a bad experience here, maybe it’s worth another try under the new manager.

The last two times I’ve been in the did not wipe the old oil off my frame and it ran on my drive way. The tech said it wasn’t him that did it, which baffled me. During the payment process they tried to charge me double the price we agreed to, claiming there is nothing they can do about it now. I said that was not acceptable and refused to pay no more than what I agreed to. After some back and forth they finally honored the price we agreed to. I wonder how many people this particular store scams money out of?
