  If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a truck with a lift gate and went to this location a week in advance to reserve a 16 foot truck with a lift gate. The day before my rental, I called to confirm availability and I was told that there were "plenty" of trucks and that all had lift gates. My rental pickup was at 7:30am and my moving crew started at 8am. At around 7am I received a call from the location stating that the truck I was expecting had not been returned but was on its way back. I was told it may be a little delayed but should hear soon. I then asked for a time estimate and was told that one wasn't available but it could be several hours. The equipment I had to move had a tight timeline for pickup or I was going to forfeit the equipment so I asked that the location check with other locations on a truck that was available now. The individual at the location said that he would have to call me back as he had other customers in the lobby. Nope - you have a customer who you already took a reservation from - you handle them first. Apparently Enterprise can't see other locations inventory nor do they have any way to get in touch with their other stores as I had to end up calling their locations around the Metro only to learn that EVERY LOCATION WAS OVERSOLD - no trucks anywhere! Then the location told me that the truck I had reserved was actually damaged and needed a new tire - but apparently that was a day long process so they wouldn't have anything for me. I don't know about you - but apparently Enterprise doesn't know that there are companies that specialize is roadside tire replacement for trucks. When EVERY SINGLE LOCATION is oversold - that tells you it wasn't a mechanical problem - this is a sales problem. Enterprise oversells their trucks hoping that some people don't pickup their reservation but when they do - the customer loses. Fortunately, the local Penske had numerous trucks available and I was able to get the exact same truck - for less money - in a matter of minutes. I asked to speak to an Enterprise manager a week ago and was told that one would be calling me back. The managers must use the same system for call backs as for reservations - because it never happened. If you're in the market for a reservation that may or may not be honored, definitely call this location (and apparently others in the Metro). If you actually need a truck as promised/reserved - go to Penske.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Truck Rental! The entire process was smooth and convenient, from making the reservation to picking up and returning the vehicle. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, making sure everything was ready and explained clearly. The truck was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely use Enterprise Truck Rental again!

  Alex was amazing. He called in advance to ensure that the branch had a truck that would meet my exact needs and to smooth the rental process, which was quick, informative and easy. The pick-up truck was top-of-the-line at an excellent rate — I wish I could have kept it! Returning only took a few minutes, no hitches. I felt like family!
