- NNNicoleApr 30, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Enterprise. While I was being helped in person, the employee stopped assisting me to answer a phone call and prioritize someone else. I was told this is “standard practice,” which already felt like poor customer service. On top of that, the pricing was not clearly explained. I was told I would receive my $50 deposit back, but later it was essentially applied toward the total without clear communication. Since I paid at the time of pickup, that explanation didn’t make sense and felt misleading. Between being dismissed mid-service and unclear charges, this experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Customers deserve transparency and full attention—especially when they are standing right in front of you.
