This was completely different from what I booked. What is most disappointing is that no one contacted me in advance to let me know the reserved vehicle was unavailable. I only found out at pickup, leaving me with no time to make other arrangements or consider alternative options. This experience was very frustrating and did not meet the level of service I expected.

We were told they would secure a vehicle for us from another location, and Olana specifically instructed us to call back at 1:30 p.m. to confirm our options. We called repeatedly, but no one ever answered the phone. The end result? No car, no communication, and a ruined vacation. Making promises they can’t keep and then disappearing when customers need help is completely unacceptable. I would not trust this location with a reservation and would never rent from them again.

I was forced to take a smaller car after waiting way too long. My reservation was made a month in advance, but not honored, even after they called me and confirmed it. Poor business practice to say the least!
