  I prefer this location over all other pick up spots and Eli is the reason I constantly come back. She is personable, she handles the continuous stream of customers and phones calls with great poise, and she takes care of the customer. I will chose Enterprise because of Eli.

  We arrived to pick up our rental provided by O’Meara GMC. The young man who assisted us in the beginning was kind, empathetic and friendly. The young lady was rude, unprofessional and completely bothered that she had to help us. We were given a completely awful car. It was never cleaned, smelled strongly of dead dog. She didn’t want to hear any of it. I asked if the car was cleaned she said “we use hard water” no it’s clearly dirt but she wasn’t going to do any of it. This was an awful experience.

  On August 17, I made a reservation by phone for a box truck to be picked up at this location on August 28, 11 days in advance. On August 27, less than 17 hours before pickup, I received a call saying the reservation could not be honored because this location had not rented box trucks in a very long time. I was told they would contact other branches, try to locate a truck, and call me back by close of business. That call never came. I had to call again the next morning (the day I needed the truck) only to receive apologies and no solution. No one could explain how a reservation was accepted for a truck this location does not offer, why it remained in the system for ten days before anyone identified the problem, why I was not notified until 17 hours before pickup, or why the promised follow-up never happened. They offered no replacement, no alternative rental, no help locating a truck elsewhere, and no meaningful attempt to make the situation right. They only offered apathetic apologies. Their only suggestion was that I try another company, on a Friday, the day I needed the truck, when finding a same-day box-truck rental is nearly impossible. They did not simply fail to provide a truck. They consumed the ten-day buffer I had deliberately built into my plans, broke their promise to call me back, and handed the entire problem back to me at the last possible moment. They turned an 11-day advance reservation into a same-day emergency. The people I spoke with were not openly rude or irritated; that would have required some degree of emotional investment. Their apologies carried the detached, half-listening energy of a teenager scrolling through their phone while someone is trying to speak to them -- technically participating in the conversation, but clearly unconcerned about the problem and simply waiting for the call to be over.

  104th location- Rental had to be towed for an engine problem on a Friday afternoon. I was told there was no other vehicles they could give me that day, that I should take it to Grease Monkey or call a different Enterprise location to see if they had anything for me. I was left without a vehicle for two days. Matt and Lindsey were a big help, they are professional and proficient.

  The staff and this location were amazing! I had to get a rental for my car that is in the shop and called on Sunday to workout to get reservations for Monday and then went in person today to get the vehicle and got things all squared away with insurance and everything moved and grooved so swiftly. The staff was friendly and professional and were navigating a very packed office full of customers… thank you for everything 💚
