Del was super professional and accommodating even though I didn't have an appointment. They took everything apart, found the issue and replaced the part as well as the parts under warranty really fast. Del kept me informed throughout the process and it didn't break the bank for being an unexpected repair issue. Would highly recommend this location and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you guys for getting me safely back on the road!!
- SSshik smilesSep 10, 20261.0I went to this brakes plus for an oil change and the guy scheduled me for 1pm. I was on time and checked in, he said it would take about an hour. Which for an oil change is already a little long but i was okay with that… 2 hours went by and nothing. There employees walking around with their vapes in hand in the lobby and seems like there’s no urgency around here at all. Don’t give an estimated time if you KNOW you cannot get it done by then.
