  Juan and Paul are personable, professional, and reasonable with maintenance recommendations. Both helped me understand more about my own car by offering to show me any problems they were working on. I’ll continue to bring my car here for maintenance and hit the Vasa across the street for any time they work on it!

They handled my vehicle’s new repairs, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Brake Plus One for their service and commitment to customers.

  I would give 0 stars. Do not go here.This place has horrible customer service. I came here to get a battery replaced. I went into the store and stood by the front computers for 20 minutes without one single acknowledgment or "we will be right with you". They have windows where the workers can see me. If you do come there, expect the worse and no one will help you because they pretend not to see you. You when you walk in you might have to wait as long as I did and just walk out to go somewhere else or long wait times. The last time we came here we waited an hour to get a light bulb fixed. Hire more workers.
