  Tony was great! I had been to 3 other shops that day and was frustrated but tony helped me figure out what was wrong with my car in less than an hour. Thank you again!

  Appointment recommended. Overall good in-house customer service. However, a follow up call made to ask additional questions did not go as well. Poor connection and call was dropped.

  I had a really good experience at Brakes Plus Thorncreek, especially because of Lawrence. I brought my Range Rover in for a brake inspection, and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He also took the time to help me with an issue I was having with the hood, even though that wasn’t what I originally came in for. I genuinely appreciate Lawrence taking the extra time to help me out. He didn’t have to go beyond the brake inspection, but he did, and that meant a lot to me. It’s nice to deal with someone who actually seems to care about helping you instead of just trying to get you in and out the door. I truly appreciate everything Lawrence and the rest of the team did for me. The way I was treated made a real impression on me, and I’ll definitely remember this location the next time the Range Rover needs something.

  Nice people but dont know what theyre doing. Couldnt fix my brakes put it back together with a heavy bill for doing nothing, said it was fine to drive on but got significantly worse. Went to dealership was informed shotty mechanic work damages my calipers and it was incredibly unsafe to drive.
