  My breaks wernt working well so I took my car here. They told my my break booster was going bad and I needed to replace my booster and master cylinder. I didn't have the money on hand and I was pressured into financing. They claimed each part was $200 each, when I later looked, each part cost $70 and $30 respectfully. I took my car trusted mechanic in Fort Collins and they said that everything was fine. They showed me the booster was not torn like this place claimed. My car had been sitting for a week and had some rust buildup that needed to be burnt off. The mechanic also said there was a decent chunk of life left in my breaks, unlike what this place said. Saved myself $1200 by getting a 2nt opinion.

  Great customer service every time! I've gone here for oil changes, alignments, a coolant flush and today an engine air filter replacement. David and his team knock it out of the park! Highly recommend this place!

  Got my brakes done there took a while but Dave was a great help, and went above and beyond as a worker. I really appreciated him and if I ever need more work done I know I can trust Dave!

  I took my vehicle to Brakes Plus for a routine rear brake service, and what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that sounded like something was loose. Concerned for my safety, I called the Brakes Plus location that performed the work. They told me to bring it back. Since I was already near my home and did not feel safe driving a vehicle that had just been serviced and was making alarming noises, I instead took it to a nearby Big O Tire for an emergency inspection. What Big O found was shocking: the right rear brake caliper bolt had not been tightened. Think about that for a moment. This was not some obscure mechanical issue—it was directly related to the brake work Brakes Plus had just performed. Had I gotten on the highway before noticing the noise, the caliper could have come loose, causing loss of braking capability, vehicle damage, a serious accident, injury, or worse. Not only was my safety put at risk, but so was the safety of everyone else on the road. To make matters worse, I had to spend my own time and money taking the vehicle somewhere else to make it safe to drive. Brakes Plus only reimbursed me for what Big O charged. There was no meaningful accountability for putting me in a potentially dangerous situation in the first place. A company with the name “Brakes Plus” should be able to perform a basic rear brake job without leaving critical brake hardware loose. This was not an inconvenience—it was a serious safety failure. I trusted Brakes Plus with one of the most important safety systems on my vehicle, and they returned it to me in an unsafe condition. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Use extreme caution before trusting them with your vehicle.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. David, the service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Isaiah was also very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I had my brakes replaced, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. They explained the work clearly, completed the job. The team provided outstanding customer service. It’s hard to find a shop that is both honest and communicative, and this team delivered on both. I highly recommend them for anyone needing brake service . Very cleaned shop!
