  Always too much for any one, if you are an outdoors person, almost anything you need and even if you are not great stuff, great people every time I go there.

  I got scammed by Bluegreen Vacations. They sold a promotion from within this Bass Pro Shops and the promises made by the sales person were not kept by their company. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and I was unable to get a refund even when the sales person said I could get a refund before a year and because of this, there was no risk. These were just lies made by the sales person to close the sale. I feel surprised that Bass Pro would associate themselves with such a shady company.

  Everytime I walk into this store, I always get greeted with immediate disappointed looks and not welcoming greetings. None of the associates are very helpful or attentive at all. Just feel like a transaction instead of a customer everytime i come in. Pressuring me with the donation buttons and credit cards. Don’t know if it has something to do with me being a different race than everyone or if I’m a younger gentleman. Or even a combination of both. I do customer service and what I feel everytime here is not customer service at all
