I purchased a battery on August 11, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Erica. She was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure everything was done correctly and made the entire battery replacement process very smooth. Erica is truly an exceptional employee. She clearly knows everything there is to know about cars, and her expertise and willingness to help made a huge difference in my experience. I really appreciate the time and care she took to assist me. I would also like to mention that I had visited the same AutoZone location the day before, and unfortunately, my experience was very different. There were four male employees, and none of them were able to help me remove my old battery. I ended up removing it myself after asking for the proper tool. They did provide jumper cables, but the interaction was not as pleasant or helpful as the experience I had with Erica. I am very glad I decided to return the following day, because Erica reminded me of the kind of customer service AutoZone is known for. AutoZone has a great reputation for helping customers, but unfortunately, the level of service can vary from one location or employee to another. Thank you, Erica, for your professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Employees like you make a real difference and are a great representation of AutoZone!
