  Finished washing my pickup at the Larkridge Car Wash, pushed the "end wash" button and the wash kept going! Machine finally shut off after a $22 charge was on my card. Called the customer service line and Christopher was very helpful! Refunded the full amount and gave me a FREE wash code for later! (No questions asked) Great job guys!!

  Do not waste your time or money. Daily wash memberships can't be used daily. I'd drive there, wait in line, then leave without a wash because the app's GPS or QR codes fail, and that's assuming the machines even work that day. When their QR codes don't work and their app "workaround" doesn't work, they actually have a "workaround for the workaround". If you want to collect on your already paid for prepaid wash, you have to pay MORE out of pocket at the kiosk, then track down support for a refund. When escalated, they implied that because i got a "deal," they are excused from delivering a functional service. Think twice before signing up.

  I decided to try this location after multiple unsatisfactory visits to the other west on 7. One bay was broken and the dryer does not work in the other bay so now my car has water spots everywhere.

  Really the best thing going for this place is it's not Cobblestone. That aside, like Cobblestone it seems that whomever runs this place has an allergy to maintenance as the touchscreens don't work and the washers themselves are often out of service or not 100% functioning. Asking me to call a number for issues frankly is a bit.. lazy. DO YOU GUYS GO TO THE LOCATION AND ACTUALLY LOOK?! Look at the other reviews of this place. What I have posted is entirely consistent with what other reviewers are saying about it.

  Never again. One bay was already out of order. Tried two bays before I could get the stupid kiosk to take my payment at the third one I tried. Finally start washing my car. Foam brush was out of order. The stupid touch screen barely worked so I couldn't select half of what I wanted to select. Wasted time fighting with it WHILE it's charging me for time. Finally washed it as much as I could then had a hard time stopping the timer because once again the touchscreen didn't want to work. No clue if my credit card info was secure because I put my card in at the first two and it told me transaction failed, out of order. Terrible experience.
