I stopped in for a simple purchase of air fresheners, but the transaction became a confrontation when he became obsessed with getting my phone number for the rewards program. Despite me clearly stating three separate times that I did not want to join or provide my information, Joshua became increasingly aggressive. He insisted he "couldn't finish the transaction" without it. which is completely false. His refusal to respect my boundaries and his hostile persistence were unprofessional and intimidating. I checked my receipt afterward to confirm his name, and I want to make it clear that as a woman, being harassed for personal contact information in a retail setting is a major safety concern. Management needs to review Joshua's conduct immediately. his behavior is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store if he is behind the counter. This is my dads go to for auto parts.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
