Beware they will charge more than 100% markup on parts. Charged me nearly $800 on an OEM part that costs $350 (that you could get elsewhere for $60…). Good service (I’ve used them for years), but they will gouge you on price.

Paul was great! He was a pleasure to work with during my visit. He was kind and informative. Made sure to prioritize my car and made the process a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

My car was making a loud noise and there was something dragging underneath the car. Luckily I was close to Brakes Plus. Despite Brakes Plus being busy, Paul promptly looked under the car and fixed the problem without a charge. Such a relief that I was close by and they helped me!

Ash was super helpful during the whole process with a very troublesome vehicle. Upfront, honest, and overall pleasant especially with everything going on with the vehicle. We are returning customers and will continue to be.

Always honest and fair. We have had multiple services done here and they all were reasonably priced with quick service. Ash helped us out a ton today thank you!!
